Commonly known as fixings, nuts and bolts were one of the first pieces made from Iron in the 19th century. Essential in early shipbuilding they became the mainstay of the new skyscrapers in the US. Today, they come in all shapes and sizes to be used in bicycles, auto and aero engines, hi-fi casings to electric plugs.
